Order Processing

• All orders require 1–3 business days for processing from the time they are placed, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at info@ravvine.com with your order number. 

Items must not be excessively used. We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of misuse or abuse.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items :

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ravvine.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.
