Order Processing

• All orders require 1–3 business days for processing from the time they are placed, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates. 

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted for unopened items. Opened or used items cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ravvine.com with your order number and photos.

Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
