If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at info@ravvine.com with your order number.

Items must not be excessively used. We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of misuse or abuse.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ravvine.com with your order number and photos. We'll make it right.
